Q. What do I have to do to participate in the Out of the Blue Programme?

A: The programme is only open to our selected customers (Qualified Customers) with International Health Plans insured by Sukoon Insurance PJSC (“Sukoon”) and internationally administered by Bupa Global.


Q. How do I claim my reward?

A: Qualifying customers will receive an email from an advisor containing a unique code and directing them to outoftheblueuae.com to redeem. To redeem you must provide your name, email address, mobile number, and policy number, as well as the unique code emailed to you. Once your redemption is verified, you can choose your reward. You’ll then receive a call from TLC Worldwide Customer Services team within 72 hours to arrange your chosen reward.


Q. When do I have to redeem by?

A: Once you receive the email containing your unique code from your advisor, you have 30 days to redeem on at outoftheblueuae.com. After this time your unique code will expire.


Q. What rewards are available?

A: The following rewards are available to choose from across the UAE.

  • Get away experiences
  • Therapeutic experiences
  • Wellness experiences
  • Your chosen experience must be booked within 1-year upon reward selection has been confirmed.
  • Only one reward can be selected. Once the reward is selected and submitted, it cannot be changed.



Q. Can I redeem more than one reward?

A: No, a maximum of one reward can be redeemed.


Q. Can the expiry date of the unique code or reward be extended?

A: Unfortunately not. If you do not redeem within 30 days your unique code will expire and you’ll no longer be able to use it.
